Administrative Assistant

Trillium Construction is now hiring for a Long-Term project in Tonopah, AZ!

Our client is the nation’s leading utility scale solar company specializing in high and medium voltage. They are now looking for an administrative assistant long-term. Per Diem is available for those that qualify!

Duties Include:
-In charge of onboarding union employees (could be about 20 daily)
-Help guide and answer any paystub questions
-Support craft services team with paperwork/acting as a liaison
-Follow and maintain processes for union employees, data entry, and tracking/reporting.

Pay up to $26 DOE.

Qualifications:
-Roughly 2-4 years experience working as a payroll/HR admin
-Knowledge and understanding of paystubs (ie how hours are calculated, taxes, etc.)
-Well organized and strong attention to detail
