Forklift Operator

Trillium Staffing is looking for a Hi-Lo Forklift Operator!

Seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join warehouse and distribution company. The successful candidate will operate various hi-lo, to efficiently move materials in warehouse. Candidate will spend 90% of day on hi-lo and 10% off the truck, handling. 1st and 2nd Shifts Available!  $17.50/ hour ($18 at hire-on).

This is not a production hi-lo environment. Product MUST be held level and handled carefully.

Duties:
- Operate forklift to transport/stage materials within warehouse.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as necessary to load and unload goods (up to 50 lbs)
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues for resolution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in additional warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Forklift Operator in a similar role.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE is required!
-Valid Drivers License
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screens
