Billing and Collections Specialist

Awesome Direct Hire opening for a remote Billing and Collections Specialist with an established manufacturing company!

Responsibilities:
-Approval of new customer credit applications
-Adjustment to credit limits
-Manages customer credit holds
-Post ACH, wire transfers, and checks within ERP system
-Confers with customer to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract
-Achieve accounts receivable aging objectives
-Facilitate correction of billing errors

This is a fully remote position. Internet reimbursement of $50/month, and all other computer equipment will be provided. Standard working hours will be 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Salary range will be $45-60,000 annually depending on experience. Requirements:
-3-5+ years of billing and collections experience
-Medical collections background is preferred
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP software
-Experience with Infor Visual is a plus
