Program Manager

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Program Manager for direct-hire in Glendale!

This is a remote position with the ability to work on EST schedule. The annual salary is $140k/year.

The Program Manager will oversee and manage complex divestiture and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) integration projects within a large hospital system. This role will focus on leading the planning, execution, and post-divestiture integration efforts while maintaining operational continuity. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to handle large-scale projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth transitions.

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Lead and manage the entire divestiture process, including planning, execution, and post-integration.
•    Develop comprehensive divestiture plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and regulatory compliance.
•    Ensure effective communication between senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders.
•    Manage PACS system transitions, divestitures, or integrations.
•    Collaborate with clinical, IT, and imaging departments to minimize downtime during system migrations.
•    Ensure post-divestiture functionality and security of imaging systems.
•    Identify and mitigate risks related to divestitures.
•    Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.
•    Monitor and report on financial, legal, and operational risks.
•    Allocate resources effectively across divestiture projects.
•    Oversee budgeting and financial planning to ensure projects remain within budget.
•    Lead post-divestiture transitions to ensure continuity of care and services.
•    Establish and track KPIs for divestiture projects.
•    Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding progress, risks, and financial impacts.

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•    Experience: 7-10 years in program or project management, including 5 years in divestitures or acquisitions, ideally within a healthcare environment. Experience with PACS system management and integration is essential.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
•    Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and PACS system integration.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
