ServiceNow Project Manager

Trillium Professional is now seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager for a remote position!

Must be able to work EST Time Zone. Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Project Manager for ongoing MEDITECH implementations, migrations, and ServiceNow integration initiatives. This role will focus on overseeing critical healthcare IT projects, including PACS experience, data migrations, interoperability, MEDITECH implementations, and ServiceNow implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess specialized expertise in managing complex projects, with specific emphasis on ServiceNow, and will oversee the ServiceNow implementation for a large healthcare organization. Will work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure that both MEDITECH and ServiceNow systems are successfully deployed and integrated into our operations, ensuring operational efficiency and quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead, coordinate, and manage the full lifecycle of both MEDITECH EHR and ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and system integrations. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while handling complex interdependencies.
•    Oversee the ServiceNow platform’s implementation, specifically focusing on the ticketing system for Go LIVE in June. Ensure all aspects of the system, including Incident Management, Change Control, and Service Request Management, are efficiently implemented, configured, and integrated with existing workflows.
•    Provide specialized expertise for integrating Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) into the MEDITECH environment, ensuring smooth operational and technical functionality.
•    Manage and oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to MEDITECH, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless interoperability across systems.
•    Collaborate with executive leadership, IT teams, clinical teams, and vendors to ensure that both MEDITECH and ServiceNow meet organizational goals and are aligned with the broader business strategies.
•    Oversee and manage divestiture processes, including the separation of IT systems and services, in collaboration with other teams across multiple industries.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement in project management methodologies, ServiceNow integrations, and system optimization, with a focus on delivering value through operational efficiencies.
•    Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution. Foster a collaborative environment while driving individual team member success.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•    5+ years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on MEDITECH EHR implementations, migrations, and ServiceNow deployments.
•    ServiceNow implementation experience: Proven expertise in leading ServiceNow implementations, specifically in ticketing systems, incident management, and service request management.
•    Strong experience managing complex IT projects that involve system integration, data migrations, and interoperability within healthcare environments.
•    Experience with PACS integration and working in healthcare-specific IT projects is highly desirable.
•    Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, HITECH, and others relevant to healthcare IT projects.

•    Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects, balancing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
•    ServiceNow configuration and implementation expertise, particularly for the ITSM modules.
•    Strong understanding of Meditech EHR systems and related healthcare IT tools.
•    Experience in managing data migrations and ensuring interoperability across systems.
•    Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
