Ironworker

Trillium Construction is now seeking Ironworkers / Metal Building Installers / Cladding & Roofing Specialists for work in Mesa, AZ!

The pay rate is $25–$28/hour (DOE). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours/week and starts ASAP!

We are seeking experienced metal building installers with a focus on sheet metal work, wall panel systems, standing seam roofing, and light PEMB erection. This is a hangar build located in Mesa, AZ. Candidates should be highly proficient in the cladding phase of construction — installing metal skins, trims, flashings, and roof panels — while also assisting with basic steel assembly as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install insulated metal wall panels, sheet metal siding, trims, and flashing
-Assemble and install standing seam metal roofing systems
-Use appropriate fasteners, hand tools, and power tools for precision installs
-Assist in basic PEMB steel assembly
-Work at heights on lifts and roof decks using appropriate fall protection
-Interpret and follow shop drawings, install plans, and layout marks
-Keep jobsite clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards

Qualifications:
-2+ years experience in sheet metal installation, metal roofing, or cladding
-Experience with metal building systems preferred but not required
-Must be comfortable working outdoors and at height
-Ability to read install drawings and tape out layouts with precision
-Must have own PPE and basic hand tools (drill, snips, harness, etc.)
-Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Certifications (Preferred):
-OSHA 10 or 30
-Aerial Lift or Forklift Certs
-Rigging knowledge a plus

-Must pass drug screen and meet E-Verify/I-9 documentation
