Logistics Supervisor
Trillium has an immediate Direct Hire opening for a Logistics Supervisor in Dublin, OH!
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for both domestic and international distribution and delivery of goods. This will include coordinating the shipment of goods, ensuring customer and client satisfaction, applying new strategies to streamline shipping processes, and managing two shipping associates.
Responsibilities:
• Managing logistics and transportation for all goods.
• Leading international shipping operations, including completing all required documentation.
• Staying updated on incoterms and international shipping regulations.
• Managing freight carriers and shipments
• Direct interaction with customers.
• Tracking the quality, cost, and efficiency of the movement of goods.
• Maintaining metrics to assess performance and implementing improvements.
• Resolving any problems related to logistics.
• Supervising two shipping associates.
Salary will be $70-90,000. Hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, and distribution
• Knowledge of international trade laws and shipping regulations
• Proficient in using logistics software and systems
