Senior Architect

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Senior Architect in Fairfax!

This can be fully remote. Annual salary is $135k/year! 

Job Duties:
-Lead and manage multiple projects from design conception through construction completion in conjunction with Engineering team. 
-Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and strategic firm objectives. 
-Serve as the point of contact for clients, design consultants, contractors, and internal teams. 
-Coordinate project deliverables with engineering consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. 
-Ensure all projects meet quality standards, adhere to contractual obligations, and comply with regulatory requirements. 
-Develop and refine project concepts, incorporating innovative and sustainable design solutions. 
-Oversee the production of detailed construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings. 
-Conduct code analysis and ensure designs comply with zoning, ADA, and building regulations. 
-Supervising and guiding the work of lower-level architects, grow Architecture design team. 
-Resolve design and construction issues through coordination with contractors and consultants. 
-Develop project manuals as required per project. 
-Assist staff in the bidding process as required per project. 
-Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings to maintain design integrity throughout the construction process.

-Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and active architectural. 
-8+ years of experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration. 
-Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in leading projects across various building types. 
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite.
