Growing Industrial Equipment Distribution Center Seeking a Warehouse Outbound Lead!
Are you ready to step into a leadership role at a fast-paced, global distribution center? A leading player in the industrial equipment industry is looking for a motivated Outbound Warehouse Lead to help drive success on the floor and lead by example!
This role is hands-on! While you’ll occasionally operate a forklift or reach truck, most of your time will be spent on foot managing day-to-day warehouse functions. If you’re comfortable with physical work and tech-savvy enough for light data entry, this could be your next great opportunity!
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Take a shorter lunch? Get paid OT for the time you work!
• OT as needed to support customer orders.
• End time is fixed at 5:30 PM.
Pay: $25/hour
• $1,500 Retention Bonus
o $500 at hire-on
o $500 at 90 days
o $500 at 180 days
JOB DUTIES:
• Lead and support outbound shipping operations, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Train, direct, and motivate team members to meet daily goals.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate shipments and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure shipping processes comply with all regulations, including labeling, customs, and safety requirements.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
• Perform data entry and system updates (WMS experience preferred).
• Set expectations and monitor performance of warehouse staff.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience, with 1 year in a lead role.
• Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office and WMS systems).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform physical warehouse duties consistently throughout day.
• Flexible, organized, and proactive with a team-first mindset.
