Warehouse Workers needed at growing warehouse for national manufacturer in Louisville, KY!

Major industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking detail-oriented warehouse workers for their distribution facility in Louisville, KY location! This is a temp-to-hire position (after 90 days). Schedule is 8:30AM – 5:30 PM, with a hour lunch. Candidates do not have to take the full hour. For example, if a candidate only takes a 30-minute lunch, they will be paid 30 minutes of OT for the day. Candidates will not be allowed to leave early if they do not take the full lunch, shift end time is firm at 5:30PM.

Pay rate is $19.50/ hour. There will be a $1.00 raise at hire-on and a Retention Bonus - $1500 (1st $500 paid out at hire-on, 2nd $500 paid out at 90 days, 3rd $500) paid out at 180 days!

Key Responsibilities:
•    Pull, package, and ship parts based on customer orders.
•    Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
•    Operate material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, order picker).
•    Perform routine warehouse tasks like organizing, cleaning, and disposing of materials.
•    Use scan guns and computers for tracking inventory.
•    Conduct inventory cycle counts and quality inspections.
•    Other warehouse duties as needed.

-    High school diploma or GED.
-    Experience in shipping/receiving and warehouse work (2+ years preferred).
-    Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs and work at heights (up to 20 ft).
-    Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, lifting, and working in variable temperatures.

Preferred:
-    Basic computer and math skills.
-    English fluency (spoken and written).
-    Ability to work well in a team and follow safety protocols.
