Trillium Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Addison, TX—and this isn’t your average support role. Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $25–$27 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Deliver top-notch customer experiences by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with care and efficiency.
-Become a product and service expert, helping customers find the best solutions.
-Manage and track customer interactions and leads using CRM tools to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-Collaborate closely with our Outside Sales team to support customer needs and business growth.
-Accurately process and enter customer orders into our ERP system (experience with ERP is a big plus!).
-Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies with professionalism and integrity.
-Stay proactive—continually looking for ways to improve the customer journey.

What We’re Looking For:
-A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
-At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-ERP system experience is a definite advantage.
-A positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others.
