Machine Operator

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Press Machine Operators to start ASAP in Frazier!

Shift is 7am-3:30pm. Monday- Friday. Pay is $13.50 hour + $60/weekly attendance bonus. If you meet your weekly number you get to leave early on Friday, and receive pay for the full shift.

The Press Operator is responsible for operating a stamping press to produce metal parts according to specifications. This role involves positioning materials, activating the press using a dual-button control system for safety, and inspecting finished parts for quality. Operators must follow safety protocols, maintain equipment, and report any malfunctions. Some lifting, standing for extended periods, and basic troubleshooting may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
-Operate a stamping press using a two-button control system.
-Load and position metal materials properly.
-Inspect stamped parts for defects and compliance with quality standards.
-Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
-Report any issues.

Requirements:
-Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods.
-Understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
