Concrete Worker

Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Concrete Laborers for a prevailing wage job involving the installation of temporary protections and execution of demolition tasks on construction sites.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on construction experience, be dependable, and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Install and maintain temporary protections for job site safety and preservation
-Perform concrete demolition, removal, and site clean-up
-Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
-Load and unload construction materials
-Follow site safety procedures and company guidelines
-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
-Support general labor tasks as needed on site

Schedule is 40 hours per week. Pay rate is $43.39/hour.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of construction experience (concrete/demolition preferred)
-Strong work ethic and reliability
-Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
-Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
-Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety practices
-Must be punctual and have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
-OSHA 10/30 certification a plus
