Construction Laborer

Trillium Construction is seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team for interior demolition work.

This role involves the removal of flooring, sheetrock, cabinets, and fixtures, as well as material stocking and cleanup duties. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
-Perform demolition of interior finishes including flooring, sheetrock, cabinetry, and fixtures
-Stock and move materials to appropriate locations on site
-Maintain clean and organized work areas
-Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE
-Work efficiently as part of a team and independently
-Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Pay rate is $24–$27 per hour, depending on experience. Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (Overtime Potential).

Requirements:
-Prior demolition or construction experience preferred
-Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
-Must pass a background check
-Reliable transportation to and from job site
-Available to work 40 hours/week, with potential for overtime
