Painter

Trillium is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Painter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, varnishes, and coatings, and ensuring a high-quality finish on commercial buildings and structures. Work will be M-F 40-45 hours per week. Pay rate is $24-30 an hour DOE.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling holes, and masking.
-Apply paints, primers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
-Safely operate scaffolding, ladders, and lifts when working at heights.
-Protect surrounding areas and property from paint splatter or damage.
-Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE on job sites.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a commercial painter or in a similar role.
-Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and color mixing.
-Comfortable working at heights and in various environmental conditions.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
