CNC Laser Operator needed in Pulaski, WI! 1st shift! 

Trillium Staffing is currently recruiting for a 1st shift CNC Laser Operator who wants to take their career to the next level! 

The CNC Laser Operator position will involve a combination of work where you will be running the Laser, along with managing the area.  Our client is looking for a long-term employee who can work independently and float around the shop floor as needed. The CNC Laser Operator will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings in a job shop environment.  We are looking for someone who is going to take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards. Experience completing gas changes, adjusting condition settings, tuning, and general maintenance and upkeep of the laser is strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, contract to hire position, working Monday through Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:00 pm.  If overtime is needed, additional hours can be worked Mon-Thurs or on Friday. The starting wage is based on experience level, $22-$26+/hour.

Qualifications:
* 2-3+ years of CNC Laser operating experience, required.
* Ability to read blueprints, required.
* Experience operating a forklift.
* Good work history including tenure with previous employers.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
