Immediately Hiring Journeyman Concrete Form Carpenters!!

Trillium Construction is looking to hire Journeyman Concrete Form Carpenters for a job in Albuquerque, NM!

We are seeking skilled and experienced Concrete Carpenters to support all concrete-related activities in the construction of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) yard. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/concrete construction with specific experience in industrial and/or energy projects, including equipment foundations, duct banks, and site grading. You will be responsible for ensuring support in the quality, safety, and schedule adherence for all concrete scope items.

If you’re skilled in formwork, layout, rebar placement, and concrete pours, and enjoy working on industrial or energy projects, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and install formwork for equipment pads, transformer foundations, and electrical enclosures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings for concrete foundations and ductbanks.
- Set forms to line and grade using string lines, lasers, and levels.
- Place, tie, and support rebar per structural drawings.
- Assist with pouring, vibrating, finishing, and curing concrete.
- Construct concrete-encased cable trenches and underground ductbanks.
- Install anchor bolts, embeds, and grounding provisions accurately.
- Follow all site safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work closely with foremen, electricians, and civil crews to meet project deadlines.

Pay rate is $39.34/hour.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of concrete carpentry or structural formwork experience.
- Ability to build forms for complex pads, vaults, curbs, and trenches.
- Experience working on industrial, substation, or utility-scale energy sites a big plus.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of rebar placement, layout, and elevation control.
- Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
