Lead Millwright

Trillium Construction has an immediate opportunity for a Lead Industrial Mechanic/Millwright.  

Job duties:
-Knowledgeable in performing maintenance, corrective, and preventative maintenance on material handling equipment.  
-Will be required to troubleshoot (including electrical troubleshooting), repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyor systems.  
-Response time is prompt and orderly and able to all safety protocols (always).  
-Must be able to operate tools safely.  
-Ability to fill out necessary paperwork in a complete and professional manner.  
-Will be expected to lead a team of 2-10 millwrights.  
-Responsible for keeping track of expenses and submittals in an organized and timely manner.  
-Ensure that work truck and sites are ready with appropriate tools and be sure truck is “road ready”.  

Working 40-60+ hours per week, with many overtime weeks and sometimes a 7 day schedule.  There will be required travel, typically in CA (majority in So Cal) with some Nor Cal work.
 
Paying up to $45 for a qualified candidate with per diem.  This position also includes full benefits, 401K, medical, dental, life insurance packages, and a company vehicle.

-MSHA 48 or equivalent
-OSHA 10 or equivalent
-Must be willing to assist in all aspects of construction work when installing or removing equipment.  
-Knowledgeable and able to keep a production line working efficiently.  
-Travel is required and sometimes for weeks at a time.  
-Candidate must be flexible and willing to support for special projects.  
-Safety is the first priority.  Must practice safety and lead by example.  
-Candidates must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license.  
-Be able to pass a drug screen.
