Production Worker

Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Wixom, MI.

Schedule is 1st shift - 5:45am-2:45pm. Pay rate is $21/hour. This is a Contract to hire. Will be conducting occasional machine maintenance, building maintenance, and offer any kind of support needed throughout the warehouse. 

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical repairs on plant equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime.
-Assist with the setup, operation, and support of metal slitting machines, including coil loading/unloading and quality checks.
-Support packaging operations, including banding, skidding, and preparing finished coils for shipment.
-Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify potential mechanical issues or areas for improvement.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
-Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and support cross-functional production needs as required.
