Electrician - Per Diem Offered

Immediately Hiring Journeyman Electricians!!

Trillium Construction is now hiring skilled carded Journeyman Electricians with expertise in instrumentation and electrical systems to support our mining operations.

This role involves the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment and facilities.

Pay:
- $54/hr
- $1050 weekly per diem
- $250 travel in/out

Schedule is 7x12’s Monday-Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Installation & Maintenance:
-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems up to 24,000 volts, including transformers, switchgear, and motor control centers.
-Perform wiring, conduit bending, and cable tray installations in compliance with NEC and MSHA standards 
-Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Instrumentation & Control Systems:
-Calibrate and maintain instrumentation devices such as transmitters, sensors, and control valves.
-Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems to ensure accurate process control 
-Interpret and work from P&ID drawings, loop diagrams, and electrical schematics.

Safety & Compliance:
-Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and the use of appropriate PPE.
-Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations, including MSHA and NEC codes 
-Participate in safety audits

Collaboration & Communication:
-Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to coordinate projects and resolve technical issues.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:
- Active Journeyman Electricians License
- Active MSHA Card
-Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience, with at least 3 years in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
-Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.
-Experience with high-voltage systems, PLC programming, and instrumentation calibration.
-Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
-Must be able to pass preemployment screenings
