Quality Manager
Trillium Staffing is seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead and oversee all quality operations on the warehouse floor.
This role is key to ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Schedule is 1st Shift, full-time. This is a direct-hire position paying $80K+ DOE in Middlebury, IN.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise, coach, and develop Quality personnel
-Oversee hiring, training, and disciplinary actions within the department
-Enforce company safety policies and quality standards
-Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS)
-Lead quality audits, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
-Track and report quality metrics and trends
-Collaborate with Plant Management to support operational goals
-Coordinate calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment
