Client in Richmond has an immediate direct-hire opening for a Salesforce System Administrator.

This position will act as the primary administrator for Salesforce while actively working within SAP to manage and maintain data quality across both systems.

As the successful candidate, you will analyze, compare, and reconcile data between SAP and Salesforce to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.

Your additional responsibilities as Salesforce System Administrator will include:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and correct data mismatches between SAP and Salesforce, ensuring a single source of truth
-Develop and implement data validation and governance practices across SAP and Salesforce platforms
-Perform regular audits and clean-up of customer, account, and product data in both systems
-Create, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor SAP-to-Salesforce data accuracy and flow
-Assist in mapping data fields and logic between SAP and Salesforce to support integration and reporting needs
-Configure and optimize Salesforce while considering dependencies and impacts on SAP data
-Provide training and support to users on SAP-related data procedures affecting Salesforce
-Collaborate closely with the SAP Analysts to ensure accurate integration touchpoints between systems
-Coordinate training of Salesforce users
-Manage user access (creation, updates, deactivations), segmentation, workflow changes, and login support

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, System Engineering or another related field
-3+ years of system administration and data quality experience
-3+ years of prior experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
-3+ years of SAP experience
-Ability to write and enforce standard operating procedures
-Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data and information
-Technical understanding of databased performance and functionality
-Solid understanding of sales teams, sales processes and required accounts and sales information
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and stakeholder requirements
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
