Solar Site Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Colorado!

Our client specializes in ground mount utility scale solar projects and they are now hiring for a Site Superintendent to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with an hourly rate of up to $60 plus benefits like company vehicle, company credit card, M/V/D, and more. 

Duties:
-Work with Project Managers, Foremen, Engineers, and Field Personnel to deliver successful projects to owners, on time and on budget, without sacrificing quality.
-Coordinate and manage all on-site activities.
-Responsible for providing general supervision & development of 15-100 employees at the site
-Responsible for all safety aspects at the site, including Safety Walks in the field, orientation of new employees, temp workers, site visitors, and contractors.
-Determine daily schedules and assignments for work activities and post on the job board.
-Manage on-site technicians, including contractors.
-Determine and post daily production for all crew’s project steps

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of construction management education, or 4 years construction management work experience, including a proven track record of managing/supervising large scale construction projects with a crew of 20 plus.
-Solar OR utility experience is preferred but not required. A renewable energy background is a plus.
-Must be willing to work hands on with the installation crews.
-OSHA 30 certified.
-Skilled in MS 365 and Procore
