Trillium Professional is now seeking a Director of Global Software Sales in White River Junction!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Global Software Sales to lead and expand the worldwide sales of our turbomachinery software suite. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a global sales team and channel partners, and shaping strategic initiatives to strengthen our position in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical software sales, international market development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and execute a global software sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
•    Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team and network of international channel partners.
•    Identify and penetrate new markets while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
•    Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product management teams to align offerings with market needs.
•    Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
•    Represent at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings globally.
•    Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
•    Maintain in-depth knowledge of turbomachinery applications, customer challenges, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
•    10 years of relevant sales or sales leadership experience in an industrial or aerospace setting. 
•    Strong understanding of turbomachinery, CAE software, or related engineering tools is highly desirable.
•    Demonstrated success in leading international sales teams and channel partners.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
•    Domestic and international travel is required.
