Safety Quality Coordinator

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Safety/Quality Coordinator in Louisville!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a Quality/Safety Coordinator to actively coordinate our Safety and Quality programs. You’ll implement quality inspection criteria and procedures by observing and directing workers involved in inspection and quality control actions across purchased material, in-process material, and finished products.

Your goal will be to ensure required standards are achieved and customer specifications are met. We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
-Conduct daily quality assurance audits for production.
-Oversee the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 programs within the facility.
-Review daily records to confirm compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with the Plant Manager and Shop Supervisor to resolve quality and safety concerns.
-Work with production teams to find solutions for out-of-specification products or product holds.
-Perform regular audits of documentation and processes.
-Ensure all work areas are clean and safe throughout the shift and assist with quality control inspections as needed.
-Provide safety and quality training to facility team members.
-Maintain a positive and supportive attitude.

Schedule is 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts and is 100% onsite. Annual salary is $65,000 - $75,000 annually DOE plus discretionary quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications
-Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
-Possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
-Demonstrate proficiency in math, verbal communication, and literacy.
-Capable of accurate and timely data entry.
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively.

Education
-High School Diploma or GED is required.
-Certified Weld Inspector certification is preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
-Knowledge of ISO requirements (9001, 14001, and 45001).
