Trillium has an immediate opening for an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician in Columbus!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a candidate with 1-2 years of experience working in the building and machine maintenance sector. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate will analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and test equipment after repairs and changeovers. You’ll also make preventive maintenance checks and inspect assigned equipment, reporting findings to your supervisor. You’ll work directly with a mentor on assignments and consistently follow directions based on company training needs.

This role also involves maintaining buildings, including the repair of windows, doors, flooring, stairways, racks, and bins, and lubricating machines and equipment as needed. You’ll install, repair, and maintain communication cables, power distribution cables, and splice pieces as required.

What You’ll Do:
As an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to our facility’s upkeep. Your duties will include:
-Analyzing mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and testing equipment after repairs and changeovers.
-Performing preventive maintenance checks and inspections on assigned equipment, reporting all findings to the Supervisor.
-Working directly with a mentor on assignments, consistently following directions based on company training needs.
-Maintaining buildings, which includes repairing windows, doors, flooring, stairways, racks, and bins.
-Lubricating machines and equipment as needed.
-Installing, repairing, and maintaining communication cables, power distribution cables, and splicing pieces as required.
-You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and your Mentor daily!

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday. Pay rate is $22.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE.
