Operations Supervisor
Trillium Staffing is now seeking a direct-hire 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor in Richmond! Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
Pay Rate: $23-30/ entirely based on applicable experience
2nd Shift - 2:30 - 10:30PM
* Candidates MUST be able to work OT as needed (based on production), after shift and weekends

Required
- College education is a plus
- At least one (1) to three (3) years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and compliance with ISO 9000
- Previous experience with SAP is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and sound decision-making
