Trillium is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support an active construction project near Stanley, NC.

This is a full-time onsite position, working in a temperature-controlled jobsite trailer. Pay rate is $20/hour.
 
We’re looking for someone who is organized, computer-literate, and eager to learn and grow with our team. The project is expected to last approximately 8 months, with potential for remote employment with Trillium after project completion for the right candidate.
 
Key Responsibilities:
-Track daily sign-in/sign-out sheets for Trillium employees on site
-Order, manage, and distribute PPE to employees
-Distribute Wisely pay cards and enter card information into internal systems
-Serve as a client-facing representative of Trillium on the jobsite
-Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork, including I-9s and E-Verify
-Support the onsite apprenticeship and training program
-Assist with recruiting and screening new hires for the project

What We’re Looking For:
-No prior administrative experience is required! 
-Able to work onsite Monday through Friday
-Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Dependable, punctual, and professional
-Strong communication and customer service skills
