Electrical Superintendent

Trillium Construction is now hiring in Lithia Springs, GA.

Our client is an electrical contractor specializing in Mission Critical projects across the country. They are now hiring a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to help run  projects on a full time basis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $150k plus benefits like M/V/D, company credit card, company vehicle, etc. 

Duties: 
-Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget
-Maintain a culture of safety and quality first
-Have a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirements
-Work in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and tracking
-Monitor the quality of workmanship on the project and ensure compliance with the project and company standards
-Evaluate, mentor, and train field supervision and tradesmen
-Ability to perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related work
-Evaluate productivity and schedules and make the adjustments required to optimize efficiency

Qualifications:
-Current State Electrical Journeyman License or Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or experience (licensed journeyman)  
-10+ years of experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures  
-Experience working with technical industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Data Center environments.
-Hyper scale data center experience preferred
-Experience with $20-$100M electrical projects preferred
-OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
-Understanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control and ability to control and supervise large groups   
-Excellent computer, communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills
-Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
