Warehouse Worker

Trillium Professional is now seeking Warehouse Workers in Gorham, ME!

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves material handling, inventory management, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working independently after training, and willing to learn new tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
-Pick and prepare orders using a forklift, pallet jack, or dolly, completing all necessary documentation.
-Manually lift and move products as required (up to 50 lbs. routinely).
-Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
-Receive, check in, and properly store inventory items.
-Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
-Uphold all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Schedule:
-Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-Occasional overtime as required by business needs.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):
-Must be at least 21 years old.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs. routinely.
-Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
-Valid and clean driver’s license.
-Ability to pass a drug test.
-Forklift experience preferred (training can be provided).

Preferred Qualities:
-Willingness and ability to work independently after training.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks regularly.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
