1st shift CNC Setup Operator need in De Pere, WI! Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced CNC Setup Operator for a growing client in De Pere, WI! 

In this position, you will be responsible for the determining the most efficient methods to operate multiple CNC machines to make parts according to blueprints. The ideal candidate will be able to review blueprints and set-up sheets to make accurate adjustments and must be able to read and understand M&G codes.

The standard 1st shift schedule is Tuesday through Friday 4:00am - 2:30pm. Starting wage ranges based on experience level, $23-26/hr. Our client also offers complete benefits package, 401k, flexible PTO and a very clean and air-conditioned shop!

Qualifications:
- 3 years plus years of CNC Machining experience in a job shop environment, preferred.
- M&G code experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma.
