Concrete Superintendent - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Concrete Superintendent in Hermantown, MN to supervise crews and manage all phases of concrete construction on large-scale commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading crews, ensuring quality workmanship, and meeting project timelines and budgets.

Duties:
-Supervise and coordinate all on-site concrete activities, including formwork, placement, finishing, and curing.
-Manage and direct field crews, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
-Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
-Oversee scheduling, manpower allocation, and equipment/material needs to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
-Enforce company and site-specific safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance.
-Monitor quality control, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
-Track daily progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $40/hr - $45/hr
-$100/day per diem for days worked
-M/V/D benefits

Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or supervisory role.
-Strong background in commercial concrete projects, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, parking lots, etc. 
-Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
-Knowledge of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
-OSHA 30 certification preferred
