Accounting Assistant
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant in our Dublin office!
This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to gain experience and take the next step forward.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will handle a mix of general office and accounting duties, including computing, classifying, recording, and verifying financial data to help maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
-Create invoices, apply customer payments, and follow up on past-due accounts
-Send monthly statements to customers
-Enter invoices into the system, process weekly check runs, and resolve discrepancies
-Pay invoices using company credit cards and reconcile credit card statements
-Update spreadsheets, file documents, and create reports to support production needs
-Assist the Accounting Manager with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis
-Perform additional duties as needed to ensure accounting operations run smoothly
-General office support will also include:
-Sorting and distributing incoming mail
-Composing and typing routine correspondence
-Completing post office runs, bank trips, and preparing certified mail
-Answering and screening phone calls; greeting scheduled visitors
-Preparing and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and visitors
-Stocking and maintaining vending machines daily
Schedule is 1st Shift. Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pay rate is $19.00/hour.

Skills
-Knowledge of Solomon Accounting software
-Familiarity with Access Database software
-Experience with MRP software
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, OR
-1–2 years of related experience and/or training, OR
-An equivalent combination of education and experience
