Roofing Foreman - Per Diem Offered

We are hiring experienced Flat Roof Foremen and Journeymen for a long-term project on a military base in Pensacola, Florida.

The scope includes tear-off, cold apply, and membrane installation over standing seam metal roofs. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and equipped with their own tools.

Foreman: $30/hour + $100/day per diem (7 days/week)
Journeyman: $27/hour + $100/day per diem (7 days/week)

Responsibilities
-Perform tear-off and cold apply roofing work
-Install membrane systems on standing seam metal roofs
-Lead or assist with daily crew operations (Foreman role)
-Maintain a clean and safe job site
-Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
-Communicate effectively with team and supervisors
-Track daily progress and report issues as needed

Requirements
-Proven experience in commercial flat roofing
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-No felony convictions (required for military base access)
-Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Ability to work overtime when needed

-Heavy-duty rollers
-Nail guns
-Air compressors
-Utility knives
-Roofing hammers
-Chalk lines
-Tape measures
-Tin snips
-Safety harnesses and fall protection gear
-Cordless drills
-Extension cords
-Ladder or access equipment
-Generator (if available)
