Trillium Construction is hiring for an Assistant Project Manager in Mukwonago, WI to work with a local general contractor that specializes in ground-up commercial construction throughout the country.

The individual will to support the project management and estimating teams in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects.

Duties:
-Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
-Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
-Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
-Support the Project Manager in maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.
-Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
-Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules and cost reports.
-Organize and distribute bid invitations, drawings, and specifications to subcontractors and vendors.
-Maintain bid lists, ensuring all trades and suppliers are properly notified of upcoming opportunities.
-Track bid responses and follow up with subcontractors to ensure adequate coverage in all scopes.
-Assist with preliminary quantity takeoffs or scope breakdowns when needed.
-Prepare proposal forms, bid tabs, and summary sheets for management review.

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $65,000 - $80,000, or higher depending on experience
-M/V/D insurance
-Quarterly bonuses
-6 paid holidays
-PTO

Qualifications:
-Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, or related field preferred.
-2+ years of experience in construction administration, estimating support, or project coordination.
-Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and trade scopes.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
