After Sales Service Manager
Trillium Staffing is now seeking an After-Sales Service Manager for direct-hire in Battle Creek!
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized After-Sales Service Manager to lead and support their service operations. This role is responsible for overseeing after-sales processes, managing service data and project tracking, ensuring timely completion of service quotes, and maintaining accurate service records. The After-Sales Service Manager will work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical and operational issues while driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and execute after-sales operational strategies to support business goals
-Oversee coordination of after-sales service activities and customer communication
-Manage and track ongoing service projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
-Maintain accurate service logs, documentation, and reporting metrics
-Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

-Ensure a high-quality, customer-focused service experience
-Uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards
Salary is $75/k, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. On-site position.

Qualifications
-Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
-3+ years of experience in after-sales service, service coordination, or related operations (leadership experience preferred)
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Proficiency with general business software and data tracking tools
-Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
