Production Worker
Trillium Staffing is now seeking Production Workers in Cleveland, OH for full-time work!
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Pay rate is $21.50/hour!
Essential Job Functions:
-Measure aluminum extrusions for cutting during the fabrication process
-Assemble cut aluminum pieces and hardware into doors and frames
-Verify materials against orders and visually inspect incoming materials
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Job Responsibilities:
-Actively participate in maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others, including ensuring customers and contractors follow safety guidelines
-Produce high-quality products with strong attention to detail
-Ensure orders follow internal schedules and meet on-time delivery requirements
-Follow instructions from your manager and team lead to complete daily tasks
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements:
-2+ years of fabrication or construction experience
-Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
-Employment eligibility verification required at time of hire
-No visa sponsorship available for this position
-High school diploma or GED
-Previous fabrication experience
-Basic ability to read a ruler
-Basic computer skills
-Willingness to learn new skills
-Ability to work in a warehouse production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
-Ability to use power tools, including electrical, hydraulic, and air-powered industrial equipment
-Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
