EHS Manager

Trillium Professional is now seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager in Burlington, WA (Onsite)!

Annual salary is $80,000 – $115,000/year + relocation assistance if needed.

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our client in Burlington, WA. This role is critical in promoting a safe workplace, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and driving sustainability initiatives across our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:
-Develop and implement EHS programs aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
-Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.
-Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analysis.
-Lead waste management, air/water permitting, and sustainability initiatives.
-Prepare audits, maintain documentation, and report performance metrics.
-Foster a proactive safety culture and engage employees at all levels.

What We’re Looking For:
-7+ years of EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial settings (highly automated environments preferred).
-Hands-on experience with ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001).
-Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety compliance.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
