Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Die Cutter Operator for a 2nd shift direct hire opportunity!

Position Summary
The Die Cutter Operator (Flexographic Rotary) is responsible for setting up and operating flexographic rotary die-cutting equipment to print designs or lettering and to cut parts of various sizes and shapes from corrugated sheets.
This role supports the organization’s focus on exceptional service, strong working relationships, and consistent performance.

The position is also expected to uphold the company’s core values, including teamwork, accountability, integrity, and a commitment to high standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review work orders to determine job instructions.
- Set up and operate the die-cutting machine.
- Load single or multiple layers of material onto the machine bed.
- Adjust machine settings based on material thickness and die depth requirements.
- Position and secure cutting dies to ensure optimal material utilization.
- Remove finished parts from the die or machine bed.
- Measure and inspect parts to verify they meet specifications.
- Stack completed parts by size and shape in designated areas.
- Conduct quality checks on finished work.
- Work overtime as required based on production needs.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability to changing priorities.
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- May involve extended periods of sitting in an office setting.

Systems Usage
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- ERP systems (e.g., HRMS, Amtech, or similar platforms)
- Payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
