Delivery Driver

Trillium Drivers is currently seeking a Non CDL Delivery Driver / Field Services Driver in the Naples, FL area!

This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering competitive. Pay rate is $21/hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday, They start as early as 6:00 AM, and the workday is normally 8 hours. Anything over 40 hours in a week is paid at time and a half.

The Field Services Driver will follow a rotating schedule, driving, and assisting with cart washing and warehouse duties on non-driving days. You’ll play an essential role in delivering clean and functional carts while ensuring excellent customer service and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities:
-Receive route and order details from the Field Services Coordinator
-Load and unload deliveries on route trucks
-Stage orders for the following day
-Maintain accurate inventory on route trucks
-Clean, inspect, and repair carts as needed
-Work with Yard Workers to verify product readiness
-Deliver consistent, professional service on each route

Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license
-Current medical DOT card
-Minimum 6 months experience driving a truck over 26,001 lbs
-1–2 years of relevant driving or field service experience
-Must be capable of frequent heavy lifting
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
