Quality Technician
Trillium Professional is now seeking Quality Technicians for day and night shift in Burlington, WA!
Pay rate is $26/hour (flexible for the right candidate).
Shift:
-Day Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM
-Night Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM
Our client, a leading solar manufacturing company, is urgently seeking experienced Quality Technician II professionals to join their fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Inspect production output using industry-standard methods
-Verify assembly lines meet quality and legal standards
-Review blueprints and specifications for accuracy
-Record inspection results and input data into quality systems
-Train production teams on quality control measures
-Propose process improvements to enhance product excellence
-Monitor equipment safety and calibration
-Perform testing at various stages of manufacturing
-Collect and analyze statistical quality data
-Determine root causes of defects and scrap
-Provide hourly reports to management

Requirements:
-Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Previous quality control experience in a fast-paced production setting (not lab/cleanroom)
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Local candidates highly preferred
