Trillium is seeking Production Workers in Hilliard!

This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is seeking experienced Production Workers for a modern, automated manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse facility in Hilliard! The Production Worker will support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations, including material handling, product packaging, and shipping.

The Production Worker plays a key role in ensuring the products are produced, labeled, and delivered accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. This position can convert to a permanent role depending on your performance and attendance.

Responsibilities:
-Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
-Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment as needed.
-Package, label, and palletize products based on production timelines.
-Load and unload materials and finished products accurately.
-Conduct ongoing quality inspections and keep detailed production records

Schedule is1st Shift / Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 5:00pm. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour DOE.
