Delivery Driver

Trillium is currently seeking a Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver to work for a local Industrial Distributor - Direct Hire!

The Warehouse Driver/Merchandiser is responsible for safely transporting products between the warehouse and customer locations, as well as ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and displayed at retail locations. This role combines warehouse duties, delivery driving, and in-store merchandising to maintain product quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Driving & Delivery:
-Familiarity with Fergus Fall, MN and surrounding areas
-Safe operation of company delivery vehicles (light-duty) to transport goods to customer locations.
-Load and unload products following proper safety procedures.
-Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices and delivery manifests.
-Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation.

Warehouse Duties:
-Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
-Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas.
-Follow inventory control procedures to minimize product loss or damage.
-Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (if certified).
-Participate in order pulling activities as needed and directed by management. 

Merchandising:
-Stock and rotate products at customer locations to ensure freshness and compliance with company standards.
-Good understanding of inventory levels at retail sites and report restocking needs.
-Develop positive relationships with store personnel, to include listening to and reporting service complaints while representing the company professionally.

Schedule is full-time, typically Monday–Friday (some weekends or early mornings as needed). This is an entry-level, first shift, full-time non-exempt position. Local Candidates are preferred. Pay rate - $20.00 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED required.
-Excellent attendance history
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. (Commercial Driver’s License / Chauffeur’s license may be preferred depending on vehicle size.)
-Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or merchandising preferred.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift.
-Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.
-Candidates with industrial supply experience, specifically fasteners will receive expedited consideration.

Work Environment:
Combination of warehouse, vehicle, and retail store environments.
-Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
-Requires frequent sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
