Machine Operator
Process Technician needed in Luxemburg, WI! Direct Hire!
Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Process Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in the area. This is a hands-on opportunity for a Process Technician who takes pride in ownership, quality, and keeping equipment running at peak performance.
In this role, the Process Technician will be responsible for completing machine changeovers and setups for new production runs, making necessary machine adjustments, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing quality checks and first-piece inspections. You will monitor assigned machines throughout production to ensure consistent output and high-quality standards. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a well-established manufacturer that offers in-house training, strong benefits, and a family-like work environment.
This role is for a 2nd shift position, Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 11:00 pm. Pay: $24–$32+ per hour based on experience, plus a $1.25/hour shift premium

Qualifications:
• 2–3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous machine operator experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude (required)
• Machine setup and troubleshooting experience
• General machine maintenance background a strong plus, but not required
