Foreman

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Working Foreman with proven experience in steel stud framing and drywall to lead an active commercial project in Albuquerque.

This is not a sit-in-the-truck role — this individual is expected to lead the crew while actively working on the tools and participating in daily production.

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage a 10-person crew (rockers & finishers)
-Lead by example as a working foreman — actively framing, hanging, and assisting with production as needed
-Oversee steel stud framing and drywall installation
-Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
-Build and maintain project schedules
-Order materials and coordinate deliveries
-Utilize ProCore and ProjectSite for documentation and project tracking
-Maintain quality control and jobsite safety
-Step in wherever needed to keep the project on schedule

Compensation is up to $42 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision.

-Ability to balance field production with scheduling and administrative responsibilities
-Proficient in ProCore and ProjectSite
-Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
-Dependable, organized, and production-driven
