Machine Operator

Machine Operator position available in the Dexter, Michigan area working at our client location who is leading manufacturer.

Day shift position with a starting pay rate of $16.00 an hour. First shift position, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Must be available for OT if needed.

Responsibilities and Duties Include for the Secondary Operator:
-Running a rotary table and may deburr parts
-Work at assigned station to assemble parts required for the finished product.
-Coordinate all parts needed to assemble the final product.
-Inspect parts and separate flawed components.
-Read and interpret work order travelers and work instructions.
-Complete labor tickets accurately.
-Keep work area clean.
-Report labor hours and production count on labor tickets.
-Replenish the work station when finished for the next shift.
-Complete other duties as assigned.

Secondary Operator requirements:
-Quality conscious and willing to work in a team atmosphere.  
-A very good attendance record and being able to work overtime is required.  
-The ability to work on your own and take the initiative to complete the required tasks in a timely and organized manner.
