Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Tremendous opportunity for experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join an established and growing team in Groveport!

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising warehouse workers in specific departments that could include shipping, receiving, inventory, packing, returns and similar. Duties will include hiring, training, work planning, directing work and similar. 

This is an onsite, permanent role with a 1st schedule typically 6-7am start time through 2:30-3:30pm end time. Must be flexible for overtime and other shift work as need, particularly during peak season. Pay rate will be $75k annually with strong bonus plan, equity and robust benefits.

To be successful in this role, the Warehouse Supervisor will have:
-3 yrs distribution and fulfillment warehouse experience
-1 yr leadership experience in warehouse environment, preferably a 3PL (3rd party logistics)
-Experience Operating WMS (warehouse management system
-HSD or equivalent
