Trillium Staffing is looking for a hands-on Fabrication Associate I to join a local manufacturing team. In this direct hire role, you’ll work with blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, and help produce high-quality metal components. This is a great opportunity for someone with fabrication experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
1st shift - M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
$21-$24 per hour DOE

What You’ll Do:
-Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
-Plan and execute fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, and welding
-Set up and operate fabrication equipment and machinery
-Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metal components
-Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
-Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and suggest process improvements
-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
-Follow all safety guidelines and properly use required PPE

Qualifications:
-1–3 years of experience in metal fabrication or a related field
-Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field preferred
-Strong understanding of fabrication methods, tools, and materials
-Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
-Experience with welding (MIG/TIG/Stick)
-Familiarity with manufacturing processes and lean principles is a plus
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings

-Contributing to continuous improvement efforts

Work Environment:
-Manufacturing / shop floor setting
-Use of fabrication machinery, tools, and welding equipment
-May be cross-trained or rotated to support business needs
