Sales Coordinator
Trillium Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support a local sales team and help drive projects from quote to completion. In this direct hire role, you’ll play a key part in managing customer data, coordinating across departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization, and wants to grow within a sales or operations career path. 1st shift M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
$24-$26 per hour DOE
What You’ll Do:
-Support the sales team by preparing and tracking quotes to ensure timely completion
-Maintain and update CRM data, including customer records, leads, and opportunities
-Coordinate projects across departments to ensure deadlines, quality, and customer expectations are met
-Communicate with internal teams, customers, and distribution partners to keep projects moving forward
-Analyze sales data and trends to support decision-making and improve performance
-Assist with lead follow-up from web inquiries, trade shows, and sales initiatives
-Help resolve customer or internal issues quickly and effectively
-Promote additional products and services to build strong customer relationships
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related role
-Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general business software
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
-Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
