Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Commercial Superintendent for our client based in Milwaukee, WI.

We are seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead grocery store remodel and buildout projects across 4–6 active job sites. This role requires a strong background in commercial finish carpentry, proven field leadership, and the ability to keep multiple retail projects organized, on schedule, and built to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple active grocery retail remodel and buildout projects
-Set and maintain expectations for quality, pace, cleanliness, and overall jobsite organization
-Lead, direct, and manage field crews
-Coordinate material pickups, transfers, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
-Maintain project schedules across multiple sites while ensuring quality standards are met
-Communicate effectively with field teams, ownership, and project stakeholders

Hands-On Carpentry & Oversight Includes:
-Finish carpentry, trim work, scribing, and detailed installations
-Cabinet installation and coordination
-Commercial doors, frames, hardware, and entries
-Suspended ceiling systems
-Metal trim work, including cutting, fitting, and finishing

Qualifications
-Extensive experience in commercial finish carpentry
-Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple active job sites
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Retail or grocery remodel experience is a plus
